Enerpac Flange Alignment Tools

Flange alignment tools are developed to rectify twist and rotational misalignment without additional stress in pipelines. Hydraulic cylinders, jacks, and lifting wedges can also be used to assist in positioning and aligning. Enerpacs’ range of tools can be used to align or re-align flange joints during pipework construction, commissioning or during routine maintenance. The tool is attached to the flange joint where misalignment is at its greatest and then simply push and pull the flanges into correct alignment.

Enerpac ATM-Series Tools

The Enerpac ATM-Series tools rectify twist and rotational misalignment quickly, safely and without the need for an external power source. The range is appropriate for use on most ANSI, API, BS and DIN flanges and reduces set-up time as no need for chains, pulleys or rigs. Portable, lightweight design enables easy transport and use, even in remote locations. Plus the ATM-Series can be installed and used in any position.

The Enerpac ATM-Series tools help correct flange misalignment, and allow bolts to be placed into joints . This alignment takes place during pipework construction, or maintenance.
