Enerpac Testing and Repairs

At our two locations, Hi-Press Hydraulics provide a national service for the maintenance testing and repair of Enerpac, Tangye and other high & low-pressure hydraulic products, including pumps, cylinders, hoses, valves and ancillary equipment.

In May 2010, Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd was recognized as the first UK Authorized Enerpac Service Centre to attain the Level 1 Certification. All work is carried out to the current ISO 9001:2015 Certification which Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd obtained in 2001.  Experienced, Enerpac and Tangye trained Service Engineers are always available to discuss products, applications and problem-solving.

Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd were appointed Distributors in 1974 so we are proud to have almost 50 years of historical knowledge on the Enerpac and Tangye brand.

The main Service Centre is located at our Whaley Bridge site and includes load testing up to 150 Tonnes and pressure testing up to 40,000PSI. All Enerpac repairs are guaranteed for 6 months.

For efficiency and convenience and supported by our hydraulics experts, Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd can offer an Onsite Testing Trailer, which is a purpose-built mobile facility fully equipped to deliver hydraulic examination and testing on your premises. It can perform static and dynamic load testing up to 150 Tonnes and pressure testing up to 40,000 psi.

The Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd onsite hydraulic testing trailer is also equipped to perform minor onsite repairs and servicing of hydraulic equipment.
