Enerpac Hydraulic Couplers
Genuine Enerpac Hydraulic Couplers
Enerpac hydraulic couplers provide fast, secure, and efficient quick connections for hydraulic lines in high-pressure applications. Designed for industrial, construction, manufacturing, and heavy-duty maintenance environments, these hydraulic quick couplers (also known as quick disconnect couplings) ensure minimal downtime, reliable performance, and safe operation up to 10,000 psi (700 bar).
As a global leader in hydraulic tools, Enerpac offers a range of couplers engineered for compatibility with their pumps, cylinders, and tools. Whether you’re connecting hoses on hydraulic jacks, cylinders, torque wrenches, or multi-point lifting systems, Enerpac couplers deliver dependable fluid transfer with reduced risk of leaks or spills.
Key Types of Enerpac Hydraulic Couplers
Enerpac provides several series to suit different needs:
- High Flow Couplers (C-Series) – Popular models like the C604 complete set, CR400 female half, and CH604 male half feature 3/8″ size with exceptional flow rates up to 2100 in³/min (35 liters/min). These are standard equipment on most Enerpac cylinders and recommended for pumps and tools where space and porting allow. They include a convenient “2-in-1” dust cap for both male and female halves to protect against contamination.
- Flush-Face Couplers (F-Series) – Push-to-connect design with zero-leak, flush-face technology for minimal fluid spillage. Ideal for dirty or grimy environments like construction and mining, as the non-trapping faces stay clean and reduce pressure drop. HTMA-recognized for safety and performance.
- Regular Couplers (A-Series) – Models like A630 offer dependable connections for medium-duty applications, often used with hand pumps.
- Spin-On and Other Specialized Couplers – Options like T630 for specific torque wrench or rotary needs.
All Enerpac couplers support NPTF threads (commonly 1/4″ or 3/8″) and are built for durability, with options for dust caps to extend service life.
